Itinerary

DAY 01:-   

CHANDIGARH   TO SHIMLA  (120 KM/ 04 HRS)   

On arrival at Chandigarh Airport/ Railway Station meet and greet our assistant and drive to Shimla (located 125 kms). On arrival  check in at the hotel.Dinner and  Overnight stay at Chail.

DAY 02:- 

SHIMLA -KUFRI -NARKANDA -SARAHAN(162 KM 7 HRS)

  The day after breakfast check out the hotel and  depart to  Sarahan on the way to Kufri, Orchards Fagu Valley and   Hatu Temple Narkanda  and then visit Rampur jhakri Project and Bhimakali Temple Sarahan.Evening check in Sarahan hotel dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 03:- 

SARAHAN-CHITKUL -SANGLA   STAY (84 KM 4 hrs)

Morning after breakfast depart to Chitkul – a pretty village on the ancient silk route. There is also an option to try your hand at rock climbing, rappelling and river crossing (on extra charge).

Sangla is known for its day hikes. Those looking for a soft adventure can join the Raksham walk that takes you along rivers, through meadows and forests and over glaciers. Those who wish to go on a harder trek, there is the challenging meadows walk. Also, visit the pretty villages around and enjoy sitting along the Baspa River. Drive to Sangla enjoy the Front View of ShriKhand Mahadev (on clear days) and later continue to drive to Sangla and reach in time for evening tea to enjoy the crisp twilight zone On arrival check in Sangla hotel Dinner and overnight stay at Sangla.

 

DAY 04:-

 SANGLA – KALPA SIGHTSEEING(38 KM 2HRS)

After breakfast, check out the hotel and depart to Kalpa the only place in India where pine nuts (chilkozas) grow.  This is the place to enjoy the awesome views on Kinner Kailash peak visit Kalpa Local sightseeing:- Kamru fort, Shree Bairang nag Temple, Roghi Village (remember the way to Roghi Village is open only in summers). Roghi is a small village,located around 8 km from Kalpa and is very popular for its apple orchards and ethnic village life. This village isvery close to Suicide Point, around 5 minutes away. It has a temple and lots of apple gardens that surround thissmall hamlet. This village has Apple Gardens that surround the village. Villager’s main business is Apple

cultivation. This is the last village at Kalpa. In front of the village, the high peaks are the border mountain peaks of India and the other side is Tibet. We visited Monastery and Durga Mata Mandir here. SuicidePoint is located within 10 minutes from the Kalpa village and the journey takes place through apple gardens.Suicide Point is very famous for its dangerous trench and vertical slope with so much to see around, you mayhave to skip some places or plan your itinerary as per your priority. Evening check in Kalpa Hotel dinner and Overnight stay at Kalpa.

DAY 05: –

KALPA -NAKO – TABO–  ( 160 kms/ 04 hours)
Day is to drive with fun. After early breakfast, proceed to Nako to visit Nako Lake  and  Gue Monestry ,  proceed to with its awesome Tabo mud monastery dating back to 996 A.D. one of the oldest in the country. Look up to the mountain faces, and you will find caves where people still live. evening check in hotel dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 06: –

TABO TO KAZA(48km 3 hrs)

  Morning after breakfast check out the hotel and drive to  Pin Valley National Park and then  Drive to the eye-catching and imposing monastery of Dhankar. Perched on a riverfront cliff, Dhankar was the former capital of the Spiti Valley (when the valley was ruled by Nono kings). Overlooking the Spiti river, it offers panoramic views of the river valley. Visit one of the oldest Gompa in the Spiti Valley.evening check in hotel dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 07:-

 EXPLORE KAZA

After a leisurely breakfast, visit  High altitude villages of Langza, Visit Hikkim Post office  and the Komic Motorable village .  The villages around Kaza are believed to be one of the highest in the world, mostly caught in their own time warp. The drives to these villages are stunning to say the least Visit Key Monastery & Chicham BridgeKey Monastery is one of the most iconic places in Spiti Valley. It has been a center of Buddhist Studies in Lahaul & Spiti for centuries. Explore the monastery and then head towards Chicham Bridge which is one of Asia’s Highest bridges situated at an Altitude of 13,596 ft. Have dinner &  overnight stay.

DAY 08:-

KAZA – CHANDRATAL  STAY  (96 kms/04 hours)

Today after breakfast checkout from Kaza and head towards Chandratal  on the way lies the Kunzum Pass which divides Lahaul & Spiti regions and hosts magnificent views of snow capped peaks. The Kunzum Mata Temple situated on the top of the pass is the main attraction here.Chandratal Lake is one of the most famous places in Spiti Valley. The serene beauty and peaceful environment around the lake makes it a memorable experience.After reaching Chandratal Depending on the time left before dark, you can visit the Chandratal Lake which is around 2 Kms from the CampsiteWe will drive along and over rivers, cross glaciers, and bump along undulating tracks.Evening check in Chandratal hotel dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 09:-

CHANDRATAL – SISSU- ROHTANG PASS -MANALI (200 kms/ 8 hours)

After early breakfast, leave for Manali for yet another day of memorable driving via Sissu and  Rohtang Pass. On arrival, Manali visits  Solang Valley where you can admire the beautiful sights of the surroundings and can enjoy numerous adventure activities like rope way, Zorbing, Paragliding etc.  at your own cost. While in the winter, the same Solang Valley takes the shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities like skiing, snow scooter etc.Then visit Manali  The  Mall Road, and check in manali hotel dinner and overnight stay.

  DAY 10: –

MANALI -CHANDIGARH(265 kms / 7 hours)

After a leisurely breakfast, head back to Chandigarh  and drop at Chandigarh  Airport/Railway station.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, a 25.0% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, a 50.0% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, 100% of the booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

 

Refund Policy

  • We aim to process refunds promptly. The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the exact refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

 

Payment Terms

  • Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time is 11 AM, and early check-in is subject to availability. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the designated check-in time to ensure a smooth start to your tour.

 

  • Transportation: Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at your disposal. Please be aware that air conditioning may not operate efficiently in hilly regions. We aim to ensure comfortable and reliable transportation throughout your journey.

 

  • Rate Adjustments: Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations/rerouting, closure of/entry restrictions at destinations, and other factors beyond our control. While we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives, we cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensation claims arising from such situations.
  • Booking Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel bookings even after payment acceptance without providing a specific reason. In such cases, any funds received will be promptly refunded to the guest.

 

  • Guest Behavior: We maintain a commitment to the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Any misconduct that affects the group or any form of physical or verbal assault towards our Tour Manager will not be tolerated, and the offending guest may be dismissed from the tour without refund.

 

  • Itinerary Flexibility: We may need to adjust hotel accommodations or the tour program due to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize disruptions and ensure your overall tour experience remains enjoyable.

 

  • Registration Policy: Once a tour registration is booked, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged. Please plan your trip accordingly.

 

  • Guest Responsibility: Travelers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including safeguarding against theft, loss, and injuries. Engaging in illegal activities, such as carrying banned substances or participating in unlawful activities during the tour, is strictly prohibited.
