How to Reach Shimla, Kullu, and Manali

By Air:
The nearest major airport for your Himachal tour is Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI), Delhi. From Delhi, you can either take a domestic flight to Chandigarh Airport (closer to Shimla) or start your road journey directly to Himachal. Both options offer smooth connectivity for travelers coming from anywhere in India or abroad.

By Train:
For those preferring rail travel, the New Delhi Railway Station and Chandigarh Railway Station serve as the best starting points. You can book a private cab or bus from either location to reach Shimla, Kullu, or Manali.

By Road:
Himachal Pradesh is well-connected via road. You can take a Volvo bus from Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, or Dehradun to reach Shimla or Manali. Itinerary

Day 01:-

Chandigarh to Shimla (120 Kms /04 hours journey )/ Delhi to Shimla(350 Kms/ 07 Hrs)

On arrival at Chandigarh/Delhi Airport / Railway Station meet and greet our assistant and drive to Shimla .On the way visit Pinjore Garden, Timber Trail . On arrival at Shimla check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 02:-

Shimla -Kufri -local city tour-Full day sightseeing

This day after breakfast proceeds for in and around sightseeing of Shimla visit Kufri – Kufri is a picturesque hill station 20 Km from Shimla. Himalayan Nature Park, Kufri Fun Campus, Green Valley, Indira Tourist Park, Hip Hip Hurry , Adventure Parks, Yak and Pony Ride, Mashu Peak Apple Orchards Fagu Valley are the most visited sightseeing after Lunch Sightseeing of various places in and around.

Local sightseeing of Shimla By Walking : – The Mall Shimla, Kalibari Temple Shimla, Jakhu Hills and local shopping at Shimla. Back to hotel dinner and overnight stay at the hotel .

Day 03:-

Shimla -Kullu- Manali(280 Kms,7 Hrs)

After breakfast check out the hotel and depart to Manali on the way to Sundernagar lake pandoh dam and . Enjoy River rafting on your own basis, visit Showl Factories, Vaishno Mata temple evening check in Manali hotel dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04 :-

Manali – Solang Valley

Morning after a healthy breakfast drive for a full day trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the beautiful sights of the surroundings and can enjoy numerous adventure activities like rope way, Zorbing, Paragliding etc. at your own cost. While in the winter, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities like skiing, snow scooter etc. while returning you can visit Him valley Amusement & Cultural Park, After enjoying the excursion of Manali return to hotel for Overnight stay.

Rohtang Pass Trip Optional (as per rules and regulation of NGT

You can also for Rohtang Pass trip at direct payment basis by Taxi or by HRTC electric bus, Solang valley can be covered while returning from Rohtang pass

Day 05:-

Manali Local City Tour
After breakfast depart for Manali Local sightseeing. Dinner and overnight Stay at the Hotel

Places to Visit in Manali

Hadimba Devi Temple- is located 2.5 kms from Manali Mall Road, temple is dedicated to Hadimba devi wife of Bhima and mother of Ghatothkach, temple is surrounded by cedar forest its a wonder for nature lovers

Nehru Kund- its a natural spring in the region. Located at 6 km distance from the City, it has been named after the late Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru. The Kund has derived its name from Nehru, as he used to drink water from it, it’s a natural cold water spring in Manali.

Manali Gompa- A new monastery built in the 1960s. It is an important gathering place for Buddhists from Lahaul, Nepal and Tibet. The Gompa is Famous for its wall Paintings, chortens and a large statue of Lord Buddha. It is mostly visited by Couples, Families, Backpackers, Senior Citizens

Van Vihar/club house- There is nothing more beautiful than nature itself. But if you could add a couple of man-made gems to it, nature becomes even more beautiful. That is the story of Van Vihar too. Located in the heart of the mall road, Van Vihar is a municipality run public garden. It is famous far and wide for its Deodar trees and a manmade lake, built right in the middle of the forest. While the lush green trees provide the fresh air needed to rest and rejuvenate, the lake is a beauty to behold and get lost into. There are boats as well that let you travel through the Deodar forest and witness the charm of life & living firsthand. It is about 30 Rs. For 15 minutes of a boat ride.

Day 06:-

Manali -Kullu- Dharamshala(260kms 6 hours)

This day after breakfast check out the hotel and proceed towards Dharamshala situated 260kms on the way to visit . Palampur is famous for its Tea garden. Dharamshala is a hill station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar mountains about 18kms north-east of kangra it is known for its scenic beauty set amidst high pine and oak trees. Since 1960 when it became the temporary headquarter of his holiness The Dalai Lama Dharamsala has risen to International repute as “The Little Lhasa in India.” On arrival Check in for a hotel dinner and overnight stay.

Day 07:-

Dharamshala Local Sightseeing-

Today after breakfast check out the hotel and visit local sightseeing of Dharamshala places which include Mc leodganj, Bhagsunath fall and temple,war memorial, christ church, Cricket stadium,Dalai lama monastery dal lake.Evening back to hotel dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08:-

Dharamshala to Chandigarh(240kms 5 hours)/

Dharamshala To Delhi (470 Kms/ 10 Hrs)

The day after breakfast, I checked out of the hotel and departed for Chandigarh/Delhi. And drop at Chandigarh/ Delhi Airport/Railway station.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, a 25.0% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, a 50.0% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, 100% of the booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

We aim to process refunds promptly. The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the exact refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Payment Terms

Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time is 11 AM, and early check-in is subject to availability. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the designated check-in time to ensure a smooth start to your tour.

Transportation: Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at your disposal. Please be aware that air conditioning may not operate efficiently in hilly regions. We aim to ensure comfortable and reliable transportation throughout your journey.

Rate Adjustments: Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations/rerouting, closure of/entry restrictions at destinations, and other factors beyond our control. While we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives, we cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensation claims arising from such situations.
Booking Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel bookings even after payment acceptance without providing a specific reason. In such cases, any funds received will be promptly refunded to the guest.

Guest Behavior: We maintain a commitment to the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Any misconduct that affects the group or any form of physical or verbal assault towards our Tour Manager will not be tolerated, and the offending guest may be dismissed from the tour without refund.
