On arrival connect with our representative pick up from Delhi /Chandigarh Airport or Railway station. . On the way visit Timber Trail , Pinjore Garden evening arrival check in the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. and overnight stay.

Day 2:

SHIMLA –KUFRI-LOCAL SIGHT SCENE
After Breakfast Excursion to Kufri. Situated near the Himalayan range, Kufri is a picturesque hill station situated 20km from Shimla in Himachal Pradesh Founded in 1819 by the British, Himalayan Nature park,Kufri Fun Campus Hip Hip Hurray adventure parks and Yak riding , Pony ride. SHIMLA – MANALI (280 kms 7 hrs)

After breakfast, check out the hotel departing for Manali. On the way, visit Sunder Naggar Lake and Pandoh Dam, The Pandoh Dam is an embankment dam on the Beas River in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, India. Under the Beas Project, the dam was completed in 1977 and its primary purpose is hydroelectric power. . On arrival check in the hotel. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay

SOLANG VALLEY UPTO SNOW POINT

Morning after a healthy breakfast drive for a full day trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the beautiful sights of the surroundings and can enjoy numerous adventure activities like rope way, Zorbing, Paragliding etc. at your own cost. While in the winter, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities like skiing, snow scooter etc. while returning you can visit Him valley Amusement & Cultural Park, After enjoying the excursion of Manali Package return to hotel for Overnight stay.

Anjani Mahadev Snow Trek(optional by own end)
3 Kms trek from Solang valley, time 40 minutes one’s side, and return time is approximately less than 35 minutes due to slope, difficulty level – easy, fitness level-beginner, what to expect – Icy Shiva lingam made of snow naturally from Oct to March

Rohtang Pass Trip Optional (as per rules and regulation of NGT)

You can also opt for Rohtang Pass trip at direct payment basis by Taxi or by HRTC electric bus, Solang valley can be covered while returning from Rohtang pass

Day 6:

MANALI-KULLU-DALHOUSIE (391 Kms 10 Hrs).
After Breakfast check out the hotel. Depart for Dalhousie. On the way visit Vaishno Temple Which Is A Small Cave And Shrine With An Image Of Goddess Vaishno Devi. And Visit Kullu Shawl Factory. DALHOUSIE-KHAJJIAR SIGHTSEEING .

Khajjiar is known for its nine-hole golf-course which is nestled in the midst of lush greenery and a breathtaking landscape. Khajjiar is a small plateau which also has a small lake which is one of the most favored tourist spots in this town. Khajjiar is surrounded by green meadows and dense forests and it is also known for its beautiful temples. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, a 25.0% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, a 50.0% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, 100% of the booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

We aim to process refunds promptly. The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the exact refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Payment Terms

Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time is 11 AM, and early check-in is subject to availability. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the designated check-in time to ensure a smooth start to your tour.

Transportation: Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at your disposal. Please be aware that air conditioning may not operate efficiently in hilly regions. We aim to ensure comfortable and reliable transportation throughout your journey.

Rate Adjustments: Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations/rerouting, closure of/entry restrictions at destinations, and other factors beyond our control. While we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives, we cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensation claims arising from such situations.
Booking Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel bookings even after payment acceptance without providing a specific reason. In such cases, any funds received will be promptly refunded to the guest.

Guest Behavior: We maintain a commitment to the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Any misconduct that affects the group or any form of physical or verbal assault towards our Tour Manager will not be tolerated, and the offending guest may be dismissed from the tour without refund.

Itinerary Flexibility: We may need to adjust hotel accommodations or the tour program due to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize disruptions and ensure your overall tour experience remains enjoyable.

Registration Policy: Once a tour registration is booked, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged. Please plan your trip accordingly.
